He served for as Chairman of Department of Medicine and Chaired the hospital utilization review committee with CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, New York. In his capacity he directed physician advisory programs, interacted with administrators, doctors, nurses and trained residents from the University of Vermont, College of Medicine.
