David B. Kaiser, CEO - founded Kaiser and Associates and has developed a company with the resources to bring comprehensive “know how” in the development and operations of new medical initiatives to Central and Eastern Europe.  For over 30 years, Mr. Kaiser has developed and operated in the frame work of integrated health care delivery systems which included Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO), consolidated medical group practices, hospital organizations and marketing in the USA and Poland.  Medical delivery, physician governance and reimbursement in America evolved into comprehensive and complicated systems.  Mr. Kaiser recognized that many of the lessons learned in developing comprehensive delivery initiatives could benefit other nations where health delivery was a major concern. 

Gary Lustgarten, President – International healthcare executive who brings a dedication for innovative healthcare and strategic visioning encompassing implementing innovative technology and building strong physician and staff alliances.  He has served as  senior executive for strategic and operation leadership with Kettering Health Network, Dayton, Ohio,  Director of Swissmed AG,  Gdansk, Poland, the first private multi specialty health center and hospital in Central and Eastern Europe and Vice President, Philips Medical Systems, Hamburg. Germany, Special Projects Division, which was charged with advancing healthcare in 23 Central and Eastern Europe countries.

Jaroslaw J. Fedorowski - MD with over 20 years of medical experience Dr. Fedorowski has focused on providing medical leadership to medical professionals associated in managed care and other integrated health delivery systems.  He served for as Chairman of Department of Medicine and Chaired the hospital utilization review committee with CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, New York. In his capacity he directed physician advisory programs, interacted with administrators, doctors, nurses and trained residents from the University of Vermont, College of Medicine.  Experience gained from this comprehensive American healthcare organization with 2,300 employees uniquely positions Dr. Fedorowski to benefit other health delivery initiatives which require physician governance, staff organization, cost containment and quality care programs.

Walter D. Rogers - retired, former President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of Healthcare America, Inc., a managed care firm headquartered in Wichita, KS, and an executive having over 25 years of varied healthcare experience from hospital management, HMO development and operations, to independent consulting with clients seeking solutions on a wide range of healthcare issues.
